Lifeguards: Required to have Red Cross Lifeguard Certification prior to May 21, 2026. Colony Pool specific orientation to be held around that time. Must be a minimum of 15 years old.
Snack Bar: Required to be able to correctly count money and provide change, manage stock in snack bar, clean daily and able to articulate and communicate (verbal and written) well with staff. Must be a minimum of 14 years old.
Front Desk: Must be a self-starter, able to articulate and communicate (verbal and written) well with staff and members. Must be assertive. Must be a minimum of 16 years old.To download the employment application
